Refund policy

Because we sell food products, we have strict guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food items that have been opened or used.

However, we will gladly assist if: 

  • you receive the wrong item
  • your item arrives damaged or leaking
  • your order is incomplete

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send

  • your order number
  • Clear photo of the product and packaging showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • change of mind
  • products not properly stored after delivery
  • minor packaging dents that do not affect the product inside.
